Silver Lane Project
Eugene, OR
Excavation and utility work performed along Silver Lane in Eugene, Oregon. This project included hydro-excavation near existing utilities, installation of underground conduits, setting utility vaults, excavation for a generator pad, and placement of gravel and backfill. Careful excavation techniques were used to safely work around existing infrastructure while preparing the site for new utility installation.
Shop Pad, Retaining Wall & Driveway Project
Florence, OR
Site preparation and excavation for a 30' x 40' shop pad in Florence, Oregon. The project included excavation, gravel placement, and compaction to create a stable foundation for future construction. A retaining wall built with recycled utility posts was installed to support the site grade, along with a French drain system to improve drainage and long-term stability of the pad and surrounding driveway area.
Driveway and Stormwater Drainage
Veneta, OR
Site clearing, excavation, and drainage improvements for a residential property in Veneta, Oregon. Work included clearing for a new driveway and yard area, along with grading and sloping the property to direct water away from the home. Storm drainage solutions were incorporated to prevent pooling and improve runoff. Following a recent atmospheric river event, the contractor reported that the property experienced no standing water thanks to the drainage improvements.
